a must NO NO's at forever 21

I know that its the summertime, and I know ladies like to wear cute little floral skirts or infact I have noticed that basic skirt for summertime is the "jean skirt" which is ok in someways. But to be honest, I have left a "jean skirt" phase when I was freshmen in highschool. Right now it is all about artisit print skirts, floral flowy skirts or even a plain color tight mini skirts and etc. But the pictures above is a must NO NO's when buying a skirt. I got these a forever 21 site, I dont even know why forever 21 sells these. They shouldn't even be in the clearence sectinon.
